The ResponderReady Clinician Certification (RRCC) was developed and is led by Autumn Cooper, PhD(c), LPC-S, IMH-E, ERS, Director of Education and Training at Inner Circle Institute.

Autumn is a licensed professional counselor and clinical supervisor whose work centers on trauma-exposed professionals, clinician development, and systems-level mental health education. Her background spans direct clinical care, reflective supervision, curriculum development, and advanced training for clinicians working in high-acuity environments.

ResponderReady™ Clinician Certification: Structure & Commitment

The ResponderReady™ Clinician Certification is intentionally structured to support integration, reflection, and real-world application—not information overload.

    • The ResponderReady™ Clinician Certification is delivered across six full training days, intentionally spaced to support integration, application, and depth of learning.

      Day 1 — Foundations & Orientation (Virtual)
      A facilitated virtual training day introducing the ResponderReady™ framework, core pillars, clinical stance, expectations, and scope. This day establishes shared language, readiness standards, and the foundation for all subsequent training.

      Days 2–3 — Core Foundations & Early Application
      Delivered in person or live virtual
      These full training days focus on foundational competencies, cultural precision, nervous system regulation, relational resilience, and early clinical application within high-acuity systems.

      Days 4–5 — Ethics, Systems & Clinical Judgment
      Delivered in person or live virtual
      These days emphasize ethical decision-making, boundaries, system dynamics, documentation considerations, and applied clinical judgment in complex, high-stakes environments.

      Day 6 — Integration & Trainer Pathway (By Invitation)
      The final full training day is dedicated to advanced integration and is required for clinicians pursuing the ResponderReady™ Trainer Pathway. This day focuses on fidelity, facilitation readiness, and stewardship of the framework.
